Information we collect and why

Right now, NJCA does not collect form submissions through this website. When a secure backend is connected, screening, survey, and contact forms will collect only the information a person chooses to share so NJCA can understand needs, identify aggregate patterns, or follow up safely.

How information will be stored, protected, and retained

Private records will never be written from the browser to Airtable or any other internal system. Future storage will go through a secure backend. Public pages will show only aggregate, non-identifying information. Individual screening records, survey responses, case details, and private donor information will not appear on this website.

When information may be shared

NJCA does not publish identifying case, screening, or survey information. If a future backend is connected, information would be shared only as needed to operate the organization, meet legal requirements, or connect someone with help they have asked for. A complete sharing policy will be published with the reviewed privacy policy.

Donation and payment processing

Gifts are completed on Stripe’s secure donation page, which opens in a new tab. Payment details are not collected on this website. Recognition preferences selected here are a preview only and are not stored until a secure backend is connected.

Your choices

You can skip optional questions and remain anonymous on the Supporters page unless you opt in to public recognition. People seeking help should use Get Help. This survey is not a request for services.
